About NROSH+

NROSH+ is the data collection system and website, through which the regulator collects regulatory data from Registered Providers.

NROSH+ provides the data collection systems for the following returns from Private Registered Providers:-

  • - Statistical Data Return (SDR)
  • - Electronic annual accounts (FVA)
  • - Financial Forecast Return (FFR); and
  • - Quarterly Survey (regulatory, risk and financial data) (QS)

and from Local Authorities:-

  • - Local Authority Data Return (LADR)

It is a regulatory requirement that Private Registered Providers make submissions of data to the regulator. While the submission of the LADR from Local Authorities is voluntary in 2019, the regulator strongly recommends that Local Authorities participate in the pilot year. In addition, Private Registered Providers can upload other regulatory documents which are required by the regulator, including the annual financial statements, management letters, fraud reports and disposal notifications. NROSH+ therefore offers registered providers a ‘one-stop-shop’ for the submission of regulatory data.

Parts of the site are available for public access - those pages where news, documents and resources are posted. There is restricted access to those pages where data can be entered, edited and submitted. Registered providers nominate the individuals who they want to have that access. Some of the data collected through the NROSH+ website is published by the regulator and is available from the RSH website (see our useful resources pages for a link).

Personal data collected from NROSH+ will only be processed where such processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller; or where the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data; or where we are obliged or permitted by law to disclose it. For more information please see our ‘Terms and Conditions’ and ‘Privacy Policy’.
