Terms and conditions
By accessing this website you are accepting and will be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
This website is created and controlled by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH). Rules as to use or access to this site are subject to English Law and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts in relation to any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of this website.
Unless otherwise stated, the Regulator of Social Housing owns the copyright and database right to all information on this website and to the design of the website itself.
The data made available to you through NROSH+ is provided on the terms of the Open Government Licence, and by using the copyright and database right information you are accepting the terms of that licence. You can see the terms of the licence at this link http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/doc/open-government-licence/. The Regulator of Social Housing and any successor to its functions, is the Licensor and the Information Provider in relation to this information; the meaning of those terms is set out in the licence.
We do not publish all the data we collect within our financial surveys and this is excluded from that licence.
Links from this website to other sites
This site may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by the Regulator of Social Housing. These links do not imply endorsement of these sites or their owners, and we cannot guarantee the availability or accuracy of information published on them.
Linking to this website
We encourage linking to this website and you do not have to ask permission to link directly to any information hosted on it. However, we do not permit our pages to be loaded into frames on your site. The pages must load into the user's entire window.
Access to certain areas of NROSH+ is restricted to those nominated by registered providers of social housing as acting on their behalf. The level of access granted to each nominee is set by the registered provider within a framework set by the RSH. This framework takes account of the potentially sensitive nature of certain data collected on this website. Authorised nominees with full access can view data for all the surveys required from that registered provider, which includes financial risk data and forecasts.
All users must keep confidential all user names and passwords issued or created and must not share log in credentials with any other individual. All users are reminded that they should follow the HM Government Cyber Aware guidance on creating passwords (https://cyberaware.gov.uk/passwords). All users who log into the NROSH+ website must also log out after each session, and ensure that all additional browser tabs in which the NROSH+ website is displayed are closed to avoid the potential for unauthorised access.
Material submitted by users
Some elements of this website collect materials and documents uploaded by users. The accuracy and completeness of the data within NROSH+ and therefore of statistics produced in the standard reports depends to a great extent upon the accuracy and completeness of the data provided by registered providers and from which it has been generated. We use reasonable care to make sure that any reports we issue based on this data, and any other information appearing on the website, are accurate and up to date. However, errors and omissions can occur both in the submission and processing of data and you should not take the accuracy of the information for granted.
We do not accept any responsibility for the content or accuracy of such material where this may be available for others to view and use
Users must not provide or transmit to or from this website any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or racist, harmful, threatening or menacing or any other material which could give rise to any civil or criminal liability. We expressly reserve the right at any time and without notice to withdraw any material provided to the website by any user for any reason whatsoever, and withdraw access to any users responsible with immediate effect.
The RSH makes no warranty that the contents of this website are free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
